Send one territory file.
Not a discovery call, not a slide tour. The proof that matters is what Adelo CRM does to a file you already have, and that takes about a day.
What actually happens
- You send a territory workbook. The one your reps already get. One territory is plenty — you do not need the national file. If it cannot leave your building, a de-identified copy with the decile and volume columns intact works just as well.
- We run the whole pipeline on it. Import and mapping, scoring and tiering, the zone carve, a four-week cadence plan, and twenty routed days with arrival times and deferred stops.
- You get the output, then the call. Thirty minutes to walk through it — including the days that did not fit twelve calls, which are usually the most interesting part.
What you should bring to the call
- A territory you argue about. The spread one with the two towns that never get worked is a better test than your best rep’s compact patch.
- Your actual cadence. What each tier is supposed to get — weekly, twice-monthly, monthly — and how big each tier is. We will plan against your numbers, not ours.
- The objection you expect from your reps. It is usually the most accurate thing anyone says in the meeting.
Worth knowing first
- There are no customer references, case studies or outcome numbers. There is no public customer. The home page says the same thing.
- No SOC 2, no HITRUST, no ISO. If a certification is a hard requirement, tell us in this first message and we will save you an evaluation — see the security page.
- Pricing is per field rep, per month, and the number is printed rather than negotiated: $49 on an annual term, $39 for founding customers, and $19 for everyone who does not drive a route. The whole page, including what is not built yet.
- No sequence, no SDR, no drip. Your details are used to answer this request. If it is not a fit we will say so and stop, and you will not hear from us again unless you write back.
